Jennifer Werner
Director, Phoenix Campus
With over two decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, Jennifer Werner has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds. Her diverse roles have encompassed teaching kindergarten, developing preschool curricula, training educators for prominent childcare organizations, and serving as a director. As a mother, Jennifer deeply values the synergy between home and school, striving to create a secure, enjoyable, and educational atmosphere where each child's unique talents are recognized daily. Joining Lifeprints has enabled her to channel her extensive knowledge and passion into enhancing the school's curriculum and daily activities, guiding children toward becoming remarkable individuals.

Kim Brown
Director, Glendale Campus
An Arizona native, Kim Brown has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. As one of six children, she helped raise her younger siblings, sparking a lifelong passion for nurturing young learners. She began her career as a teaching assistant at 16 and worked her way up, gaining experience in both large chains and family-owned centers.
As a mother of four, Kim understands the importance of finding a trusted, high-quality childcare provider. She values the close connections Lifeprints Preschool builds with families, ensuring every child feels seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. With expertise in Quality First and NAC Accreditation, she is dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment where children thrive.
